Dayo is friendly and helpful. He has a great understanding of French and explains things clearly. He also tailors his lessons to focus on what you most need help on. I absolutely enjoy his teaching as a tutor of French.

Tak started her writing lesson today with Teacher Dayo after learning speaking for 2 years now and thoroughly she enjoyed the session. He is well organised and his teaching resources really engaged my daughter and motivated her to do her best.

I’m almost done with the Grammar lesson, and I feel so smart! I’ve learned so much from Mr. Dayo, and I just appreciate how he teaches. I’d never been able to understand grammar this way, and he makes it so fun and simple. I am so grateful to him! Thanks for making learning fun!

Our second full lesson with Virginie was as good as the first - both exceeded our expectations. She listens well, explains in English but also converses in French exactly right for our level. She has a plan and vocabulary that is consistent with our interests, responds to our questions, provides follow up materials that make our study time between lessons very productive and enjoyable. I have been taking French classes for several months now. Emily is incredibly patient and dedicated, tailoring each class to my needs and providing helpful feedback on my pronunciation and grammar.

Today’s lesson was another great experience! I chose a children’s story written in French to read aloud in order to practice my pronunciation before reading it aloud to my own group of students. Julia was very helpful with feedback, not just correcting my pronunciation but also showing me the difference when a word is said by a French person and when it is noticeably said with an accent. I want to eventually be able to speak French in the best way I can in order to keep teaching it. I’m so pleased with my progress just in the handful of classes I’ve had to be able to help resurface my French which had been dormant for 15 years until very recently. But it does make all the difference to have an instructor like Julia, who loves what she does and cares about her students’ goals.

The class was easy to understand and there were plenty of opportunities to practice speaking in french. There was a review of concepts before going on to the new one. Sonia was also very friendly and easy to talk to.

I'm exploring the French world as Mathilde's French course has begun. I like her teaching style; language comes alive through her voice. For example, when she taught me verbs like 'Être,' she didn't just provide the words and definitions. Instead, she showed me how to recognize patterns in verbs and how to differented between them. When introducing new vocabulary, she guided me through reading a brief, allowing me to guess the meaning of words in context and understand how to use them in real life. She's a patient and professional teacher.

Just by the tryout class, I can feel that she is the right teacher after going through many other different teachers. She is very interesting and friendly, as she tells me what kinds of resources we are going to use and how our classes will proceed. This makes me understand the class more and is more willing to take the class after comprehending the content. Not only is she fluent in French, but she is also very fluent in English! She also chats with me like a friend! She would talk about my hobbies, my interests, and my home and school life! Overall, I think that she is a great teacher and will be a great inspiration to many students.

I have been taking private lessons with Camille for a few months now and she is amazing! Her classes are well-organized and the study materials are very helpful. She is also very patient with my learning and allows for many opportunities to ask questions/speak.

Even though My daughter was still a little bit shy and did not expressed herself as usual, she said that today’s class was the happiest one and 25mins is too short😅 She wants to learn more French with the teacher😌 Thank you so much! 🙇🙏

The trial class was superb and really exceeded my expectations. Léa has good vibes and it was so just easy to talk to her like a friend. I'm very happy with Lili's lessons. She makes me work hard providing good learning material and maximising student talking time. If I struggle with pronunciation of words, she allows me time to think and correct it (she doesn't say the correct answer straight away which is very important as it makes the student think and correct themselves). Her lessons are student-oriented. Lili has a good command of English and makes her explanations very clear. She shows respect and is ready to answer all my questions.

Camille is amazing. I used apps to try and self teach for years but the apps breeze through the grammar and I never fully grasped what I was “learning”. With Camille I feel confident that I’m getting better little by little and actually understand what I’m saying or reading or hearing. She makes it so stress free to learn French 🥳
