Most of Min Nan Chinese learners will use Min Nan Chinese in daily life. But they cannot write a commercial letter. This is because there is huge differences among commercial Min Nan Chinese and daily Min Nan Chinese. For example, words selections and tone are different. It is a difficult task to distinguish and apply them without guidance.

Daily Min Nan Chinese does not need to be formal. Words can be used without limitations. While commercial Min Nan Chinese needs to be polite and humble. Tone, words and content should be considered.
