    I have been retaking the exam for two years now. I previously attended cram schools and hired tutors, but none of it really helped. The teachers at the cram schools just keep repeating the textbook content, and I have to take tests every day until I feel like vomiting, but I still can't solve the problems. The general and subject tests are both very difficult; it's not just about memorizing formulas, but also about thinking through many things. Later, I took Mr. Paulis's physics class, and I felt it was completely different. The teacher quickly identified what I didn't understand and used some really cool animations to explain physics principles, like kinematics and waves. After watching them, I felt much clearer—turns out physics can be learned this way. The teacher also told me to ask more questions and do more practice so that I can turn knowledge into my own and apply it flexibly during exams. Now I have a bit of confidence in physics, and I hope I can get into the program I want this year.
