🧭 Course N1 - Mapping Your World 🧭
🚩 This course will map out how you see your world (your self, career, relationships, work-life balance). We will use "sensing" (hearing, touching, seeing, feeling, smelling, and tasting) words as our primary colours for the map you constructed during our session. To complete your map, we will connect your habitual "thinking" words with these "sensing" words.
🚩 At the end of this course, you will have a sense of your achievements thus far in your life journey and what needs improvement and improvement. We will reference this completed map in our subsequent courses in this learning series.
🧭 Course N2 - 'The Map is Not the Territory' 🧭
🚩 No matter how detailed a map is, it is only partially accurate and complete. The map is not the actual place it depicts. In this course, in addition to the "sensing words" you learned in N1, we will use words and phrases that have spatial and temporal meanings and relationships in your life. The course will bring to the surface these meanings and relationships that create obstacles in your career and life.
🚩 This course awakens your awareness that your map needs to be completed. The obstacles and issues that surfaced during the course bring your attention to what is harmonious in your life and what is incongruent.
🧭 Course NX: Improve your map or create a new map? 🧭
🚩 Students can repeat this course as needed. In each repetition, the student will either refine the existing map or draw an entirely new one. The student utilises time, space, sensing words, and phrases to bring out existing inner resources. Students will see what problems and issues must be changed as they progress.
