    I am always glad to have great time to talk with Eric in class. It's been a period of time on my jourey for practicing meditations, mindfulness, and emotional healings. Today we talked about techniques on focusing on one finger and to felt the energy. Even I did not feel anything but it taught me similar ways to apply to my Chakra practices. Another important thing is on Vibrancy that I have been always persuing in my daliy life. However it would not always there, it went back to ego's stuff. I appreciate Eric reminded me all the time, and what I shuld not do is 'compare'. Thanks Eric and hope to talk to you soon!

    It was our first class. Eric asked me to rate my areas of life from 1 to 10 for an evaluation. During the class, I felt comfortable sharing my vulnerabilities and my past for him to understand me better, regardless of my level of English. In the end, I was given a quick but simple method to tackle or "accept" any emotions from any part of my body occurring at any moment.
